Creative Source
Creativity is the expression of our true selves, our unique way of being in this world. To me, this expression is an act of self-love. It is allowing your deepest self to show up in every part of life. Creative expression is brave and scary and wild and free. It looks different for everyone. The way we communicate, the way we parent, how we show up at work and of course how we make art. Being connected to your unique creative source brings perspective, flow, ease and fulfillment.
When I work with clients, I start by encouraging openness and connection to this place. I utilize a process of Compassion, Curiosity & Creativity to reflect and align with your creative source. Since each client is different, coaching techniques vary from brainstorming & prompts to inner dialogue & visualizations. But my goal is to ground the client in Compassion for themselves, encourage Curiosity in the face of challenges and open to Creativity to design forward movement. This work allows for a connection to your unique creative source, reveals possibilities, and supports you in achieving your desires.

Getting Started
For one on one coaching, I begin with a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs, objectives & changes you want to make. 1 Hour virtual - $110
$15 off Total when you book 3 or more sessions
